This is the second class session I’ve taken with Jennie Olson Six. She is an exceptional instructor. I have been practicing for a few years now so most of the poses are not new to me, but she has very much deepened my understanding of proper alignment and techniques for transitioning between poses. I greatly appreciate her detailed instructions and her flexibility in suggesting modifications if the pose is too challenging or not challenging enough. “Your adjustments workshop on Sat was excellent for the quality of the instruction and content. I gained great advice. I believe it was particularly useful for the teacher trainees in the room to understand adjustment to include the visual and auditory with the manual dimension. I think at the early stages of teacher training this is not necessarily self evident to the student teacher, hence a class like this one is so helpful. I also appreciate your handout as it freed us participants from trying to jot down notes while attempting to practice the adjustments.
