Welcome to my site. If you heard that yoga or meditation are ‘good for you’ or helps ‘destress at the office’ please take a moment to check out my offerings. Not all yoga and meditation are good for all people, and even if we are not a good fit, there are many other teachers and styles that are available. Happy to be a resource of information and support.

I am currently offering a Gentle Yoga with Day to Day Dance on Mondays at 8 a.m. Please register through their site here.
